Minor Surgery and Skin Lesion Clinic

We offer minor surgery for the removal of unwanted blemishes.

All our Doctors are trained in Minor Surgery and are able to remove moles, skin tags and cysts, all under local anaesthetic.

We can also freeze warts and verrucas if desired.

If appropriate we can send moles for histological laboratory assessment, should we have any cause for concern.

We will always assess your skin lesion thoroughly before removing it, and sometimes we may ask you to see one of our Consultant dermatology colleagues if we feel that this would be of benefit to you.

We charge £50 for the initial consultation in out Sussex or Hampshire consulting rooms and the specific procedures are priced as below:

Freezing of warts/verruca : £85

Simple lesion removal : £180

Complex removal with sutures and histology : £360

We can offer the above services as a home visit , for elderly or incapacitated clients who are unable to make it to the consulting rooms.
